Board of Directors

Noridian Administrative Services’ Board is comprised of experienced and highly successful business people. Each member is committed to maintaining the high quality standards NAS has set for itself in providing administrative services.

The Board sets NAS policy and reviews company operations. Board members also visit various NAS office sites throughout the year to maintain a personal connection with employees and gain a more thorough understanding of NAS business activities.

There are seven members of the NAS Board of Directors. Michael B. Unhjem, President and CEO of Noridian Mutual Insurance Company, Fargo, N.D., is Chairman of the Board. Dennis Elbert, Ph.D., University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, N.D., is Secretary/Treasurer.
