The Board of Directors for Noridian Administrative Services is composed of experienced, successful business people who uphold high standards of corporate governance. The Board sets NAS policy and reviews company operations through regularly scheduled meetings. Board members also visit various NAS office sites throughout the year to maintain a personal connection with employees and gain a more thorough understanding of NAS business activities.
